The convergence properties of Quasi-Gauss-Newton methods for nonlinear equations described by Wang [Comp. \& Math. with Applic., 25, No 1, 53-63 (1993)] are investigated. The superlinear convergence and A Kantorovich-type convergence analysis of the methods is proved and the superlinear convergenc is shown.
