In this paper, we find the unitary dual of the group $SL(2,{\Bbb R})\ltimes {\Bbb R}^{(m,2)}$ and study automorphic forms related to the group $SL(2,{\Bbb R})\ltimes {\Bbb R}^{(m,2)}.$
