Products on the Chow rings for toric varieties

The properties of a toric variety have strong connection with the combinatorial structure of the corresponding fan and the relations among the generators. Using this fact, we have described the Chow ring and the homomorphisms between them explicitly. In this paper, we express the exterior product and the action between toric varieties in terms of corresponding simplicial fans, and state some properties of them.
