Manifolds with nonnegative Ricci curvature almost everywhere

Under the condition of $\text{Ric}_M\ge-(n-1)k$, $\text{inj}_M\ge i_0$, we prove the existence of an $\ep>0$ such that on the region of volume $\ep>0$ the curvature condition of splitting theorem can be weakened.
